1、Payment
Q: “What payment methods do you accept? ”
- A: We accept PayPal, For credit card we accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express. If you have any problem about payment, feel free to contact us by emailing cs@davivy.com.
Q: “How long will it take for the duplicate payment to be paid back to me?”
- A: Typically, refunds take three to seven business days to reflect back on your account once they have been issued.
Q: “Are there any other additional fees?”
- A: No. There are no other processing or additional fees. If you choose expedite delivery, you will need to pay $20. For standard delivery, it's free.
2、Shipping
Q: “How long does delivery take and When will my order ship out?”
- A: 4-14 working days. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 working days of order receipt. Davivy will begin shipment processing for orders placed on weekends or holidays on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Q: “Which shipping carrier is used?”
- A: Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out Sincreative products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
Q: “How can I track my order?”
- A: As soon as your order has left the warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification with tracking information from the carrier with a link to their website.
Q: “Can I request a specific date or time slot for my delivery to arrive?”
- A: Sorry, we currently are unable to cater to that request.
Q: “How much does shipping cost?”
- A: Free Shippings for Standard Shipping, $4.99 for Expedited Shipping
3、Order
Q: “Has my order been successful?”
- A: All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. If you have not received your order confirmation email, check your junk email or spam folder. Otherwise, Please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@davivy.com for assistance.
Q: “What should I do if I'm having trouble placing an order?”
- A: For any technical difficulties you are experiencing with our website, please contact our Customer Support Team at cs@davivy.com.
Q: “I forgot to add an item to my order. Can I add it to my existing order or must I place second order?”
- A: Unfortunately you are not able to add extra items to an order that has already been made.Please place a second order. But we will manage to ship them out together if the first order has not been dispatched.
Q: “Can I get an invoice of my order?”
- A: Yes, you can. Please contact us at cs@davivy.com, we will assist with it.
Q: “How do I cancel my order?”
- A: If you need to cancel your order please contact us at cs@davivy.com. Please keep in mind that we strive to process and ship orders the same day, and once the order has shipped you will be subject to our refund policy.
Q: “My product was damaged upon arrival. What should I do?”
- A: We guarantee that at the time of shipment that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact our support team at cs@davivy.com to submit your warranty claim and we will response within 24 hours. And please check our refund policy to see what should be prepared for a refund or a replacement.
